The conversion of Camp Maple Mountain from rental camping sites into a Co-ownership Camping Park is an exciting project that began in the summer of 2012 in one of northern Ontario most beautiful areas. Each year Co-Owners residing in the park, in addition to the long term lessees, pay approximately $1000 per year to pay for the services they use. Those bills include garbage and sewage removal, maintenance person to maintain common areas, liability insurance and property taxes.
Each site is equipped with its own water for your RV and hydro. Each site has its own meter so you pay for your own usage.
